Custom Chevy Silverado Rims
Elite G2 | 28×10 | Chrome/Custom Inserts
The Chevy Silverado made its debut in 1975, however, it didn’t adopt the Silverado name until 1998. Originally, it was called the Chevrolet C/K. We like Silverado better. These trucks were built for light-duty use and targeted towards the handyman. But we all know how the car scene works, and once we get our hands on something, all hell breaks loose. This Silverado is one of, if not the, coolest things we’ve ever seen. This Silverado belongs to a Nokturnal Car Club member from their San Diego chapter. We’ve worked with a few Nokturnal members, and they know how to customize their rides. So how do you take a car club member’s car and enhance it? Well, 28 inch rims of course! 28 Inch Rims Too Big? No Way
You probably think we’re insane sitting here calling this a Silverado. Looks can be deceiving. This truck is in fact a Chevrolet, believe it or not. The owner left no stone unturned during this project. This Chevy has a custom Cadillac front-end conversion. How cool is that? Boasting the Caddy emblem on the grille and on the tailgate! In addition to being a head-turner, the Chevy was painted a gorgeous blueish purple, featuring stunning custom pinstriping and airbrush art throughout. How can this truck be any more of a head-turner? Why not some big 28 inch rims? This bad boy got our Diablo Elite G2 wheels mounted and gave the truck a lowered stance with suspension mods. To add fuel to the fire, the inserts of the Elite G2 were color-matched to the theme of the truck and it looks amazing. Like we mentioned above, the Silverado was built to be a light-duty truck, but there’s nothing light about 28 inch rims.
